It’s hard to believe 3rd quarter is almost over! Beginning Monday, March 30, students will have the opportunity to demonstrate their learning on the Colorado Measures of Academic Success (CMAS) assessments. These statewide tests, required by state and federal law, measure achievement of grade-level expectations based on the Colorado Academic Standards.
At TIS, we use assessment data to identify strengths and areas for growth, guiding instruction to support meaningful progress for all students.
Testing will begin March 30 and continue after Spring Break for most students. If a student is absent on a testing day, they will be rescheduled to complete their missed test as soon as possible.

📌 Please ensure your student is well-rested, eats a good breakfast, brings a water bottle, and has wired headphones if needed. Our students have been learning so much. Please remind your child not to stress, but just to do their best so they can demonstrate to the world how great they are! Reach out to principal Zoe Gillett or your child's teacher if you have any questions. TIS students rock!
