New families to TIS (3rd-6th grades),
please scroll to the bottom of this page to find all required forms and paperwork in order to enroll your child in the 2016-2017 school year

Dear Parents,

If you would like to be involved in a community wide effort to help prevent teen substance use, please join me at a Tri-County Health Network sponsored information session.  Tri County Health Network recently received a state grant to implement a community-wide substance prevention program, the Communities That Care, to help address teen substance use in Telluride.  This is your opportunity to learn more about the program, provide your own ideas about the issues confronting local youth, and learn how you can contribute to the effort.  The information sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, April 18, from 8:15 to 9:30am, repeated again at 5:15-6:30pm, at the Black Box Theatre adjacent to the Palm.  Food and refreshments will be served and babysitting is available.

If you have any questions, please contact me at 970-708-1012 or via email at pmbh@tchnetwork.orgSee the attached flyer for more information.  Paul Reich, Behavioral Health Program Manager, Tri-County Health Network

Parents, we would just like to remind you of the CDE policy about gear and sticks on buses.  Please read the attached!
